The Standard Double Room is designed to comfortably accommodate two guests, offering a cozy space for relaxation. The room has everything you need for a pleasant stay, including a comfortable bed and basic amenities.
The cozy Standard room with sofa is designed for your comfortable rest or productive business trip. An additional sofa offers a comfortable place to relax or accommodate a third guest.
Studio Improved offers spacious and bright accommodation, ideal for a comfortable stay or a productive business trip. It offers a functional layout that combines a sleeping, relaxing and workspace area, creating a cozy atmosphere.

What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check—in starts at 15:00, check-out until 12:00.

Is free Wi-Fi available?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available for free in all rooms and recreation areas. The password is at the reception (you can get it in the form of a QR code).

Is there a parking lot, and how much does it cost?
Yes, there is an on—site surface parking under video surveillance.
- Passenger car: 550 ₽/day
- Large-size transport (minivan, minibus): 1200 ₽/day
Parking spaces are not reserved. Available upon availability.
The entrance to the territory is closed from 23.00-06.00. If you need to enter at this time, you must contact the security service directly.

Is there breakfast in the hotel?
Yes, you can choose the "With breakfast" fare when booking or pay for breakfast at the cafe itself. Breakfast is served buffet style from 08:00 to 11:00.

Is it possible to arrange an early check-in or a late check-out?
Yes, early check-in or late check-out is provided whenever possible: subject to availability of rooms. The service is paid additionally.
Early check-in before 06.00 is a full day, from 06.00-12.00 1/2 of the cost of the day; in high season it is necessary to book an additional day.
Late check-out before 18.00 - 1/2 of the cost of the day, from 18.00 full day.
During high season, it is recommended to book these services in advance. The hotel also has a luggage room and a relaxation area where, if necessary, you can spend time before check-in or after check-out.

Is prepayment required when booking?
In high season, there is a guarantee payment: on our website, you can make an advance payment for the 1st day or pay for your stay in full.
In low season, payment is available upon check-in.

What should I do if I forgot my things after checking out?

- Specify: full name, dates of stay, room number, item description, contact phone number.

We store things for the following dates:
- Valuable (money, documents, equipment) — up to 1 year
- Regular (books, charging) — 3-6 months
- Personal hygiene items — 1-2 weeks
- Perishable products are disposed of immediately
- If necessary, we can transfer the item to the courier (delivery is arranged and paid for by the guest).

What documents are required for the settlement?
Check-in at the hotel is based on the following documents:
- Citizens of the Russian Federation upon presentation of a valid document certifying the identity of a citizen in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
- Foreign citizens and stateless persons upon presentation of a valid identity document, migration card and visa (if the guest is a citizen of a country with which the Russian Federation has established a visa regime for entry/exit).
- Citizens for whom visa-free entry is provided, in case of expiration of their stay on the migration card, must provide additional documents confirming the legal right to stay in the territory of the Russian Federation such as residence permit, RVP, patent and all receipts for it and /or other documents.
- Minors under the age of 14 are checked into the hotel on the basis of identity documents of their parents (adoptive parents, guardians), accompanying person(s), provided that such accompanying person(s) provides written consent from their legal representatives (one of them), as well as birth certificates of these minors.
- Minors who have reached the age of 14 can be accommodated at the hotel in the absence of their legal representatives on the basis of identity documents of these minors, subject to the written consent of the legal representatives (one of them).
In the absence of documents, the hotel has the right to refuse accommodation without reimbursement of the cost of accommodation.
